GPS transitioned to Vantaca, their new homeowner management software. This system was introduced to enhance communication, improve accessibility, and streamline your community management experience. Through Vantaca’s secure Homeowner Portal and mobile app, you can view your account balance, access association documents, submit requests, make online payments, and more.

You’ll be prompted to create your account and link it to your property using the email address we have on file. Please note that Vantaca registration or notification emails may sometimes be directed to your spam or junk folder, so be sure to check there if you haven’t received an activation email or other messages from us.
